Systems change

for a regenerative

fashion industry.

ABOUT DANIELLE ARZAGA, MSc

I am a sustainability consultant and regenerative practitioner working to reimagine and transform the future of fashion. Grounded in systems thinking and regenerative principles, my work bridges sustainability, innovation, and long-term business resilience—helping brands navigate complex challenges while embedding regeneration at the core of their operations.

With nearly a decade of international experience, I’ve partnered with industry leaders across textiles, apparel, and luxury to drive systemic transformation by advancing responsible sourcing, supply chain transparency, circularity, future-fit business strategy, and credible sustainability communications. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, sustainability professionals, and internal teams, I specialize in building the capacity and know-how needed to embed sustainability across operations in ways that are both strategic and actionable.

My background in public health and holistic healing informs a human-centered approach rooted in care, prevention, and whole-systems wellness. It reinforces my belief in the interconnectedness of social, environmental, and individual well-being—guiding me to design solutions that are not only effective, but also equitable and restorative. Whether designing regenerative sourcing strategies, guiding cross-functional collaboration, or reimagining value beyond profit, I see regeneration as beginning with how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the living systems we belong to.

Passionate about creating a more just and regenerative economy, I translate ambitious sustainability goals into practical frameworks that deliver measurable, real-world impact. My work is not just about meeting evolving standards—it's about future-proofing businesses and inspiring a new model for the fashion industry, one that honors the interconnectedness of life and redefines success for future generations.

“Living systems thinking goes beyond traditional sustainability. It provides a grounded, adaptive framework for building resilient businesses in an unpredictable world. Companies that embrace regenerative models aren't just doing good—they're positioning themselves to endure, evolve, and lead.”
